DelegaMessaging terms
Part A — if you received a message from a business using Delega
Who's messaging you: the business you contacted. Delega provides the system on their behalf; the business is responsible for the relationship with you.
Why you got it: because you called, messaged, or enquired with them and they couldn't pick up. It's a reply to you, not marketing.
Frequency: only in response to your enquiry, and follow-ups about that enquiry.
Msg & data rates may apply.
To stop: reply STOP (also works: quit, end, cancel, unsubscribe, opt out, revoke). We stop immediately. For help: reply HELP, or contact the business directly.
A human is always available — ask, and you'll be put through. You'll never be trapped in a loop.
Part B — if you're a Delega client
You are the controller for your customers' data. You confirm that:
- Every number and address you give us was lawfully obtained, and you can evidence it.
- You've given your customers the privacy information they're entitled to.
- You won't instruct us to send anything you don't have a basis to send.
We will:
- Send only in response to a genuine enquiry, unless you give us a documented consent basis for anything more, in writing.
- Keep a consent/provenance record for every contact: identifier, channel, UTC timestamp, collection point, and the exact wording shown at capture.
- Honour opt-outs immediately, across every channel, and tell you.
- Never send health information over WhatsApp, or any channel whose provider won't support it.
- Never ask only your happy customers for reviews. Review requests go to everyone or not at all — filtering them is unlawful and we won't build it.
Delega - pending: legal entity - delegahq.com. This page is being finalised; details shown as "pending" are confirmed once our entity registration completes.
